By using Retaela ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by Pivio Technologies for retail point-of-sale, inventory, and payment operations.

Account & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew according to your selected billing cycle. Failure to pay may suspend access to premium features including online storefronts.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, or to process transactions you are not authorized to handle. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Pivio Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
